Hi thank you for your reply yes I do take medication pregabalin and diazepam also duloxetine anti depressant . I have had this yrs I had agoraphobia for 8 yrs I never went out at all I put on 4 stone . Then I had exposure therapy with the mental health team which was great and got me going out , I am limited as to where I go but at least I can get out to the local stores but the anxiety is still there its a case of ploughing through it , it makes me sweat terribly but I just go in the cold isles lol x

That's great that you do go out, may I ask what's causes your anxiety when outside? I was extremely paranoid which didn't help mine!Disability Gamechanger - 2019

Hi @Clydeypops
Yes it’s a good idea to try to get out daily if possible.
I’m having a tough time myself at present.
But I still need to get out & about. -
Hi @Clydeypops, and a warm welcome to the community!
