Pehaps the report indecates that your disability is confirmed and the courts are now wanting the DWP to give answers To as why your case has come before a tribunal, just speculation I hope it for the good. Keep posting and update us how you get on.

When you send evidence to HMCTS it is added to the appeal bundle. Everyone who gets the bundle will receive a copy so that all offices are working from the same papers. HMCTS would not ordinarily write to DWP to ask for an updated submission. That would need to be directed by a district judge. Any such directions would also be copied to you to be added to the bundle. Have you had a copy of such a direction? Have you in fact had a tribunal bundle? If not, then all HMCTS will be doing is passing your evidence on and waiting the bundle.
