Hello @Rickyboy123 Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and also your question.
Sorry to hear this. We have on our website about appealing a DWP benefits decision.
Which might be of interest to you.
I am sure there will be members of our community or a member of our team be able to give more advice and some reassurance.
Have you spoken to CAB about your tribunal.
Have lots of expertise, knowledge on benefits and would be something to consider.
Hope that helps.
We are a supportive, friendly community. Care and share.
Please ask if we can advise on anything some one will know.
Please take care

Hi @Rickyboy123 welcome to the community! Sorry to hear what has happened, have you checked out the link that @thespiceman provided?Disability Gamechanger - 2019

Yea just want somone on here to tell me if they can do that or not
-
Yes they can and you can only appeal on a point of law and not that you just do not agree with the decision
-
The answer is that they CAN do what they have done. There is no further recourse unless you can challenge them on a point of law.

4 mobility points wouldn't get you an award anyway. You are wasting your energy arguing over those.
