Hi
I would like advice, I filled in my How my disability effects me, in November 2017, I was awarded 6 points, for my backpain and depression. I am still awaiting to go to my tribunal hearing.
My health has deteriorated and was recently admitted to the mental health hospital and now under their care in the community.
I am receiving injections in my back for pain relief and also on medication. I contacted the DWP, to inform them about my health in October 2018, was asked to fill in another How my disability effects me.
I have given the paperwork to my mental health coordinator to fill this in on my behalf, because I feel so stressed and anxious to do it all again.
There is a back log of claims in the Bradford area and my appeal was sent to the courts in April this year. It could be after Christmas before my hearing, please could anybody give me advice, on the above.

Hi @donna63031, and a warm welcome to the community!

Hi donna and welcomeMost areas have a backlog for tribunals. Yopu can ring the tribunal clerk for an update of the waiting time in your area.Have you sent in your new form yet ?By submitting a new claim you will be limiting the length of any award given by the tribunal up to the date of the decision of your new claim. When a decision is made on your new claim this will replace the tribunal decision for better or worseBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste
