Hi, my name is Susan.
I have chronic vertigo symptoms with frequent acute attacks, BPPV and drop attacks. Over 20 years now, I’ve had countless tests and consultations with many departments the end result of which is meds, VRT and on your way.

    Thank you for the welcome.
The medication does help to a limited degree I think. I believe the yoga is more beneficial to me (this is my own VRT) than meds.
