    Yeah I'm going to print some more proof off and keep taking it in if it has the dates on hopefully should have

    Yes, even if you were given LCWRA then you'll still be worse off because you'll lose the SDP. However, if you move in with your dad (from your other thread) then you'll lose the SDP anyway.

    You'll also need to look at the criteria for LCWRA to see if any apply to you, if it doesn't then you won't be given LCWRA.
