PIP, depression and anxiety

I have just received my pip letter to fill im suffering from depression and anxiety I’m not sure if mobillty counts for depression And anxiety as I can’t leave my house without someone to come with me and plan routes as I get distressed leaving my home even just down the road to shops without someone with me thanks
