Hi @Carrie38
i have post d about CBD oil and was very sceptical at first. I also have RA and lately some really bad back pain... I can truthfully say that it really helps, I am using less painkillers. I do not use it all the time but when things are bad I find it really helps.
Good luck and best wishes

I have a similar question. My partner has chronic pain due to end stage osteoarthritis and has just bought some high-strength CBD oil to see if that will help alongside prescribed painkillers. He's a bit disappointed that he's seen no obvious immediate results though, so my question is does anyone know whether like other drugs it needs to build up in your system before you feel the benefits? Thanks

Yes it needs to build up in your system, you really should start on a low dose and gradually build up
