It is great your daughter is looking for work and is already volunteering. Scope have a great service called support to work that help find jobs, improve CV's and applications over telephone appointments. Looking for employers awarded a level of the disability confident scheme is a good way of ensuring the places your daughter applies to are committed creating an accessible and welcoming work environment for everybody, considering all applicants and ensuring reasonable adjustments. This is a relatively new scheme so some employers may still use the term two tick employer.
I have attached links to scopes service and information regarding the disability confident scheme. I hope some of this information is helpful.

I have previously used
“Access to Work” as to return to work following my “Stroke”
They were very very good as they sorted out not only the “work aspect but also equipment & transport”
I would highly recommend them if that is what you are looking for????

Thanks for sharing this with us, and I'm sorry to hear of your daughter's struggles finding the right job. If you haven't seen it already, it may be worth having a look at Scope's Support to Work programme.
