I had my home assessment yesterday.
I have Bronchiectasis amongst other conditions. I was in a bad way during the assessment I have a had a chest infection and couldn't stop shaking I was that bad she insisted I didn't do the physical a good thing you might say as the assessor saw me as I really am most days. My problem is I recorded the interview and as I was not feeling good I never realised that anything was signed regarding the recording neither did my witness who was more concerned about my health.
Is this a problem as she agreed to the recording and was really professional throughout the assessment even insisting on using sealed tapes. It was on my claim form that the assessment we being taped and I have a recorded phone call to the DWP saying I was taping it
