Severe stomach pain and twitching all over

For the last year I started out having severe stomach pains in my intestine almost like stabbing. Then after that joint pain in shoulders knees, and ankles. Had two colonoscopies found nothing. For a year been dealing with this severe burning and stabbing pains and waves of naseua. The naseua subsided a bit. But now I’m having twitching all over my body and spinal pain.  Does this sound like anything anyone’s gone through?

    I am sorry to hear about the pain you have been going through. Have you been back to see your Doctor, about the twitching all over your body and spinal pain? Hopefully they can refer you to the right Specialist or Department soon.

    Join the club mine started 3 years march had a fall suspected rotor cuff constipation neck pain ankles calf swollen  fingers swelled then dry eye  loss of weight  constant stomach pain then chest pains then muscle wastage  dtill having tests lots of ct and xrays  always been fit worked full time only stopted 4 months ago doctors say oh must justvthink uouve got something but back to spine and gynocologist but weight so low i expect will now be blamed on  weight loss i think it is spinal  msybe thyroid and endo stuck to bowel and hernia behind belly button
