My Christmas tradition

When I was little my mum wouldn't put any Christmas decorations up until the 1st of December as my birthday is on the 30th of November and my mum always said that the reason she put them up the day after my birthday as it wouldn't be fair to the others (my two sisters and our brother) as they didn't have any decorations up in their birthday, so it was only fair that she put them up the day after my birthday instead.

That's nice! My friend's son's birthday is Christmas Day and they have a part for him at another time in the year so all his friends can still come.
