I look back on what I've been through, and even though it was tough. I got through it and it gives me hope I can overcome what I am currently facing.

Hello @kellett Pleased to meet you welcome.
Thank you for joining and sharing. I am one of the team of community champions.
Thank you for your question. I think what is important is small steps. Be proud of what you have achieved.
Make something positive out of that. If failed. Try to learn from that. Be kind to yourself.
Make a scrapbook or a comfort box of things you like to look at when not too good. Maybe to read or to listen to. Have my favourite CD's in one pile. Just a quick blast of favourite music. Helps.
Am on here with my recipes so they help me. Have to go to recipes need to have that comfort. In a black binder. Something simple. Chilli hit helps me.
Have a moment to reflect. Nothing wrong in having failed or something happens.
Need to talk come on here. I do. We are friendly. Supportive and we do listen. Please ask if you need or require support with anything.
Please take care.
