We won

After the evidence debacle this week we still won our tribunal. It’s great news. I know I’m going to sound awful, but said to wife have to wait 4 weeks to see if DWP appeal.

has anyone had that? I know it has to be on legal basis, but is it frequent? And once they’ve asked for bank details does it mean they won’t appeal?

might sound negative but after 14 months can’t take anything for granted

    Hi,

Great news. It can take 8 weeks for DWP to pay you what they owe you.

They have 1 month to request the statement of reasons, not 1 month to appeal. They do sometimes request this. To appeal the decision they must find an error in law. How often this happens, i have no idea. I've read very few stories from people that this has happened to.

Yeah it’s great. Fingers crossed DWP aren’t spiteful and request statement of reasons
