I have recently claimed for pip for my father. The initial claim was sent in august 2018. This claim was rejected.
Since then my father's condition has worsened and he has moved into am independent living bungalow.
Do I need to reapply with new circumstances or go to tribunal?
Thanks

Hi,You need to look at the PIP descriptors to see if those condition could score more points. A new condition doesn't mean you'll be awarded more points. He really does need to get some face to face advice here from either welfare rights, or another advice near him.0

The current rejection is based on how he was and what the impact on his life was in August 2018. Any appeal will also only be looking at that time. If you are satisfied that the rejection was correct but that he has since deteriorated since last August and as he does not have a current award it will mean a new claim is required.
Difficulties could arise if you do appeal against the August decision AND make a new claim now. My advice if you do want to appeal is do not put in a new claim.
Only you can decide that
