PIP medical report

I have had my PIP medical report in post today I have scored 0 points for everything but when I phoned DWP on Friday a decision had not yet been made I had my assessment on 16th November if they go along with what's on report why is it taking so long for them to decide

    That's definitely far too long! I would think about complaining if it takes much longer. I wonder if there was other evidence you provided on or with your claim form that makes the DWP they shouldn't follow the report.

    I'd consider complaining about the wait because if you are turned down for PIP, the slow decision just means it's going to be even longer before you can start the process of challenging the decision.
