Hi,All those that transferred from IB to ESA were placed onto Contributions based ESA. The DWP made a mistake and they didn't assess a lot of people for any income related top up. They have now realised their mistake and are contacting everyone that transferred across.Contributions based isn't means tested and household income/capital doesn't affect this. If you live with a partner that works 24 hours or more per week then you won't be entitled to any Income related top up. Your money won't stop, it will just continue as it always has for as long as you remain in the support group. If your partner hasn't always worked then it maybe worth filling out the form and returning it so they can assess you from the dates stated in the letter. If they have always worked Then just state this on the form and return it.0
