Hello everyone, does anyone know if I claim esa I have marfan syndrome I suffer mainly with fatigue and pain, I don't know where to turn for help thanks everyone for any advice

Hi,Whether or not you can claim ESA will depend on your circumstances. New claims for Income Related ESA aren't possible because all areas are now a full Universal credit area.If you've paid enough NI contributions in the previous 2 tax years then claiming New style contributions ESA maybe possible. You'll need sick notes from your GP and evidence to support your claim.0
