hi please bar with me hear i have just signed up...i had ESA3 form filled in over the phone on 14th Dec 18 rang up today and they saif its was looked at on January 10th 19 and its now been send for checking what does this mean is it good or bad???

    Hi,

    It just means you're claim is at the next stage. Decisions can take 12 weeks and once a decision is made they'll write to you.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
