Hi @yaznad, and a warm welcome to the community!
I'm afraid I'm unsure of the answer to this myself, but hopefully some of our members will be in touch soon and able to advise. -

Hi,Did you transfer from Incapacity benefit to ESA? If so then there was an error which the DWP have admitted to underpaying a lot of people. They are now in the process of contacting everyone that transferred across and sending them the ESA3 form. You need to fill it in and return it with all of your details and that of a partner, if you live with them. Once they receive this they will assess you for the Income related top up on your ESA. Decisions can take 12 weeks but you could be owed money. Of course this will depend on household income, pensions, partner working, savings and capital.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
