    HI,

Are you currently claiming any benefits like ESA? did you claim SSP from your employer? Also do you rent or own your home? live with a partner that works?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hi Poppy,
yes I claim esa support group, and I claimed ssp from my employer. I am a home owner and no partner, though my daugher lives with me but she claims esa also for her terminal illness.

Yes, you should let DWP know. Whether it will make any difference to your ESA will depend on whether you receive an ill health pension and whether your ESA is contributions based or Contributions based with an income related top up.
