Responding to a post on my wall?

Only just joined,and have had a message posted on my "wall ". How do I go about replying to it? What buttons,whistles and bells do I use to respond?

Take these steps

1. Click on your username, above your post (not the title) and this will take you to your profile.
2. Scroll down and your wall is below the likes and awesomes stats.
3. The message you would like to reply to, click on reply which is directly underneath the poster's message.
4. This will open a box for you to type your reply in.
5. Once finished, click on the big purple reply button.
