I've been on ESA for years now, am I eligible for a rebate or is there a number I can call to verify if I'm applicable?

maggieomx said:Il hsve to goigle it not seen any news for weeks thankyou .It concerns those that moved from Incapacity benefit to ESA. They are in the process of contacting everyone that moved across. If you were one of those then being owed any backdated money will depend on circumstances.

What is i come related esa ???0

Income related ESA is means a means tested benefit. As you're claiming the severe disability premium then this is only paid on Income related ESA.Contributions based ESA is £110.75 per week from April 2018, anything more than that then you're claiming Income related ESA.The underpayments concern those that transferred from Incapacity benefit to ESA and were placed onto Contributions based ESA and weren't assessed for any income related.0
