No points and no evidence

Hey there team, I received my assignment report today and it was worse the when I did this three years ago. I go no points at all, and I have to get the additional info from counsellers, GP, psychology, . I asked as I gave pip there details why they hadn't ask I was told that is for claimant to do.

I take it you where reacessed for PIP, if so it's up to you the claimant to provide the proof, evidence and give examples as to why you can not or are unable to meet the PIP descriptiors as laid down in the PIP acessments procedures. You will need to apply for MR by phone and comfiimg In a letter with in 30 days of receiving your award notification letter. Others will conjure on this matter.
