Thank-you Poppy for the reply I know it is difficult to match up to the descriptors and also to fully understand what the HCP is observing and concluding about anyone when they do their report, while my assessor was busily tapping away on her keyboard and glancing in my direction now and again although that I suppose is how it is.

I am sending my MR in who knows what the next step is after that,  if the award is different then that is that but in future I will have someone with me and also get equipment to record the consultation. A Tribunal is a long way off but appearing at the Tribunal is important. but like you say if I get that far.

    Thank-you for your help.
