I use a memory foam topper. They are available in many thicknesses and some have ventilation as well

I also use an absorbant overlay sheet which is easily washed if necessary and much more comfortable than a waterproof plastic one

    Hi @maggiedegnan
I use a foam mattress topper. They are fairly cheap and comfortable.

Hi @maggiedegnan, does your son see a physio or occupational therapist? They may be able to help with a pressure relieving mattress, or positioning aids to keep him more comfortable. I have relatively mild cp (spastic diplegia) and at the age of 16 was really struggling to sleep comfortably. My physio suggested wearing a  leg gaiter on my more affected leg to keep it in a better position overnight, and it transformed my sleep, I’m so much more comfortable.

    Hi ?

I have a pocket sprung mattress which provides your body with better pressure relieving support

    Hope this helps
