Thank you ami2301, well I'm 55, married and a christian, i,ve joined here really for support, not sure if its considered a disability, but i have just been diagnosed as having hearing loss in both ears, I'm devastated by the diagnosis as i need to hear well in my job, scared for the future, and looking for reassurance i guess,

I am deaf in both ears - well, have profound bearing difficulties. It Is hard to process it for a while but i assure you there are ways to overcome it
