Been suffering from countless symptoms over the last 4 years from physical, mental and psychological. Brain fog, numbness, heart problems, vision problems, nerve problems. Was bitten by a tick in 2015 and health been going downhill since and been in and out of hospital, seen about 30 different doctors been abroad for treatments and still fighting to get a proper diagnostic.

It's not rare abroad (e.g. in central and east Europe, there are still new cases, each year. There, it's pretty normal. In Slovakia, for example...). Where was the tick from? Ticks are famous for a brain infection but not only that (not each one tick is infected, just some 2-10% of them can spread it and even if are infected then you don't have to get it) which can eventually kill or make some damages before when you get rid of but you had been cured in a hospital, so... Ticks can also spread infections from human/animal to human (with the blood... almost anything).
Something to read about Tick-borne encephalitis, Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, Ehrlichiosis, etc...You can feel free to get in touch -
So, deductively, if it's Tick-borne encephalitis then you'd to get it abroad (it's not from British species of ticks): https://ecdc.europa.eu/en/publications-data/tick-borne-encephalitis-annual-epidemiological-report-2016-2014-data
If you'll be bitten by an Australian spider then they'll have an available treatment in Australia. The same is with ticks... I'm sorry to see this, I can't really advise but one can think that a consultation with specialists from the country where's the tick from or its neighbor is your best chance. You can feel free to get in touch
