Hi All, :)

I am a final year student in fashion merchandising management, who is currently studying for my dissertation.
my topic is "Should UK fashion retailers pay more attention to the purple pound (disabled customer/community)".

I would much appreciate it if anyone will share their own experiences whilst shopping with a specif retailer  (in store or online) -  positive or negative

A small justification of the decision making process before e.g i regularly shop at asda due to the value of money and the brand loyalty, i know what i am purchasing, it suits my needs expected from the product.

Does diversity in marketing campaigns from UK fashion retailers make you want to purchase from that particular retailer?

Thank-you in advance for anyone and everyone who has taken the time out to respond.
Fran
