Hi all after winning my pip tribunal and been awarded enhaned rate on both daily living and mobility and it is inapproriate to a fix term should i send a copy of the tribunal decision letters along with my ESA50 form as i have recently got my ESA50 form its all filled in just waiting for letters off doctor and autism team and would this help thankyou

Hi,ESA and PIP are completely different benefits but there's certainly no harm in sending it. They will either use it or not. Good luck.

Who would like to see PIP and ESA wca or PIP assesements rolled into one who will think it will work and who don,t this is a goverment proposal they want to try out

Amber rudd said to many PIP and WCA were going to tribunal well if the the assesors were properly vetted and did there jobs properly and also decision makers were,nt so hasty then this mite not happen get rid of capita maximus and atos and have proper people doing these assesements and save millions of pounds
