Hello,  Some items can be purchased exempt from VAT under certain conditions.   If a person has PIP or DLA does that meet tne criteria for VAT exemption where applicable?   Thank you very much

    Only on certain items and services, goggle what VAT am I entitled to while claiming DLA and PIP for all and further details.
