Give it a go.
Maybe he needs to see how it affects you to really understand. If it works great and if it doesn't a least you tried and you was honest with him.
Good luck1 -
@TripeA
If you are still attracted to him then why not give the relationship another try to see how things develop. It will be a testing time for both of you, however if he truly likes you and want's you both to be together then he will make every effort. Relationships are two-sided and both have to give & take without personal things becoming an issue. If anything becomes too much (and I don't just mean your medical conditions) and either one of you feels that you simply do not click, then so be it, but your medical conditions are not your fault and you cannot change them for anybody... You both need to talk to each other. Good levels of communication, openness & honesty are the keys to all relationships.

Maybe someone should start a post on here for friendship and or dating?
Seems a logical step.
Maybe Scope site will?
Everybody in the same boat and on a secure site?
Just basics. Where you live,age,looking for friendship or romance.
Just a suggestion.0 -
That's a great idea0

It's an excellent idea but it could prove problematic if/when things go wrong. It would need to be strictly monitored and full of disclaimers and security.
I don't know the rules on here regarding messaging others privately and/or exchanging contact email addresses and/or phone numbers.
I'm not trying to be negative, as like I say, I think your idea is a very good one, but is potentially full of dangers.

Maybe scope could do something or advise

Maybe it could be just as simple as starting a thread saying looking for friendship and what area you live in.
It wouldn't need to be about dating,but just looking for friends in or around where you live? It might turn out there's someone in the next street who's on this site looking for just friends.1 -
All of these are good suggestions.0

@gaz1960 That's another great idea...
Why don't you give it a try? I'm sure the community will back you all of the way, as I will also. "Looking for Friendship" perhaps or "Singles Wanting to Meet"
I'm certain that folks on here will be polite and keep things private, and once a few have joined and are posting, it would then be case for them to decide how best to communicate just between them? Who knows, in a few years time we could have our very first 'Scope Marriage" to celebrate!
Not everybody wants a full-on committed relationship, and besides things such as this are slowly developed and do not happen overnight. I'm sure that there are more on here that would be looking for local friends, first.

No personal details should be included in an open forum for your own safety. There is an option, after a qualification period, to private message another member but Scope have no access to the content and I would urge caution. Unfortunately not every thing is always as it seems

I've just added a new discussion. Let's see how it develops, eh?
