ESA assessment form sent back today

I'm glad that part's over with ESA form filled in and posted by jen.today I've had life line 24/7 care line put in plus a key safe outside so feel more  comfortable knowing  in an emergency I press the pendant, someone is there also gives Jen more space.so im getting there bit by bit.still having seizures but nothing like a a few days ago take care everyone carl58
