Jo's Trust want to know about your experiences in accessing cervical screening (smear test), as well as what provisions are available to you to enable you to access screening. Over one in four women don't take up their cervical screening invitation with attendance at an all time low. For disabled women there can be additional barriers and inequalities to accessing the test.

This survey is for women and people with a cervix with a physical disability or physically debilitating symptoms as a result of a long term health condition. Sharing your experiences with us will help to inform a report that aims to raise awareness of the issue. This survey should only take 5 minutes of your time
