Hi all,
After receiving a complete pack of lies from the pip decision I have sent the MR forms back complete with letters and such and also the GP letter has been sent, any idea how long it takes for them to come back to me? Am sure it won't be within weeks but just wanted to know how long.
Thanks all x

Hello there is no standard time limit for a reply for a MR so don’t expect a response till May June time plus delays over Easter time.0

Thank you, good job I had decided not to hold my breath x0

Thank you all, if the MR comes back with a no, I will take it further, in the meantime will just wait and see, thanks again x0

I phoned them up a month ago to check if they'd received my MR letter. I was told it's a 6-10 week wait to hear back. I'm waiting to get mine back so I can start the tribunal process, I know my award (0 points, despite the fact I should get enhanced for both) will stay the same. It's an awful process.0

Have had a text today to say they have received my MR and they will write to me within 6 weeks with an answer, again, I will not hold my breath x0

Be sure to let us know how you get on @flounder35! Remember even if it doesn't go your way, it's not the end of the road. You can still appeal this through tribunal.0

After the form I filled in they should at least question the assessor and her broken laptop if nothing else, will keep you all updated x0
