Hi @jen100 welcome to the community! I am very sorry to hear what has happened, will you be applying for a mandatory reconsideration?Disability Gamechanger - 2019

I know that MPs aren't exactly 'flavour of the month' currently, but have to contacted yours to ask for help? I had problems with hospital transport leaving me waiting hours, or even cancelling trips with no warning. Sent yet another indignant email but this time copied my MP, and made this very obvious on the email. This worked. MP's assistant sent an acknowledgement and said they had asked for explanation. Hospital transport replied immediately - no fobbing off with saying I would get a reply 'within x working days'. I now have the mobile number of a top execurive and I book my transport via her. So far (tough wood) it's working extremely well!

Hi @jen100 and welcomeHave you asked/got a copy of the assessment report ?Have you asked for an MR ?Currently MH and other invisible conditions seem to be the hardest to receive PIP awards. It is important to supply supporting evidence from your GP and any other professional involved with your careBe all you can be, make every day count. DLA and PIP are like chalk and cheese. PIP has a totally different way of assessing the difficulties you face.
Many DLA claimants that have previously had a lifetime High award for both components are being awarded little or no PIP award because of this difference.
You really should forget DLA and concentrate on how to score under PIP.
