hi all. I feel like I have gone back 4 years. I haven't had too many problems with my for the last couple of years but over the last week it has been unbearable! I have had to start using my crutches again to steady myself. I am really struggling, I am starting the menopause and am having a very heavy period. I was just wondering if this was the cause of the set back.

Finally found the answer to my question. Heavy periods can make it worse according to the action for me website.
