Hello. Thought Id join this group because my CP has become a problem with age. Im interested in how things have changed for others and would like to share experiences and ideas

    Hi @JackyO
    Thanks for your post and another very warm welcome to the community. 
    I live with quadriplegic CP and now have much more pain in my joints than when I was younger. People living with CP can experience 'physiological burnout' due to the stresses and strains that we place on our limbs/joints when we move. 
    I will include some information on Ageing with CP and Post impairment Syndrome 
    Would love to talk further :)
