Hello mum had a call to say don't come with daughter to pip tribunal as have been given pip. Had 0 points for 4 years, claims and lots of stress. When will I get my letter to say how many years I get ut for and whst rate?

    Hi

    Usually it takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into payment. When you receive the decision letter it will give the backdated ammount ( which should be to the start of this claim ) and how long it will be before a new claim will be required
