8 months without PIP - how much longer?

Hi I went for a pip tribute on 25th and still not had payment back or heard anything anyone know how long it takes? Been 8months with no payment as they took away last year but won it back at court

    It uaually takes DWP 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into payment

    Hi @Jobasl68, well done for seeing it through to tribunal. As CockneyRebel said it can take 6-8 weeks, but there's no harm in giving them a call to ask.

    Got s call today to say will be backpayed and should reach my account in 7-10days
