Hi all, I've just been awarded pip standard daily living after a mandatory reconsideration. I've heard that I should be entitled to severe disability premium as I live alone and am on income based esa. I'd like to use it to engage some support with attending appointments etc. Is it possible to apply for it in writing as I find phone calls impossible?

Thanks, don't know why I'm getting myself into such a state about it to be honest. I know I'm lucky in that I have a couple of people who would be happy make any phone calls etc.

I understand, before I lost my hearing I had extreme anxiety when it came to making phone calls and so I gave permission for my Mum to speak on my behalf and they were fine about itDisability Gamechanger - 2019
