I have fibro, hiatus hernia, gord and severe depression and anxiety......had to come out of work last April and spent and still trying to get my benefits sorted.......I don’t do much and spend most days in house! I’ve given up trying to get people to understand so just slowly becoming a recluse as going from fit 47 yr old full of energy to over last 3 yrs slowly trying to keep working etc....to now trying to decide if I go back to work as not getting any help and fear of losing my house and debt I’ve never had in how big will it be til I crash again! Sorry it’s a moan but I’m sure you all can relate to the system! Gentle hug to all who may need it and thank you for taking the time to read

Sorry to hear what you are going through. You come to the right place for information and support and most of important of all friendship.
Please can I suggest have you spoken to your Doctor.?
Could be useful to talk to your Doctor anything they can assist and advise you with.
Additional support. Looking at ways to deal with. Including mental health support and guidance.
Lots of support and information .
I use mental health charities. Used this one last time.
https://www.richmondfellowship.org.uk.
Can help with floating support or an outreach worker. Advice and guidance on mental health wellbeing. Also benefits and welfare.
Do take clientele with disabilities and other issues and problems. As well as mental health.
I myself have mental health and a physical disability. Had some issues and problems with benefits. Contacted them. Helped and advised and supported myself through some difficult times.
Also might signpost you to additional support, information relevant to your particular needs.
Know some branches have inhouse employer advisors if you need some guidance with that.
You can self refer or ask your GP to refer to you for there service.
Something to consider.
Please have a look at our website for anything further. Especially benefit advice.
Another website is CAB worth a look lots of information.
I do understand we are here to be supportive and ready to listen anytime.
Please ask me anything. Be happy to help, no problem.
