My bf mobiles both hacked then few wk after mine was hacked. Bf rang me to tell me on 13th March he said don't pick up any anonymous calls or private. Is this his way of protecting me from harm as the police are checking his calls. If anyone can help it make me feel better. Anyone know how long they investigate

Hi @sam12 thank you for your reply. I am sorry to hear this and hopefully you will get an update soon. As we have advised on your previous post you should try and get in touch with your local authority, keeping notes of incidents and time your neighbour disturbs you and make a noise complaint. A lot of members can relate to feeling to feeling worried for their upcoming tribunal, we have some information here. Are you getting any emotional support? you can ask your GP for advice on the kind of support you could get.

Please remember that as a member of our community, you are important to us and you might find MIND's information about distracting yourself from the urge to self-harm useful. It's also important that you discuss any thoughts of self-harm with someone who is qualified to help. Are you able to contact your mental health team at all, if not there's also the option of calling the Samaritans on 116 123 (free) or email them at jo@samaritans.org

If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Antonia

Hi @sam12 I am sorry to hear this, there's some tips on the GOV.UK website, on resolving neighbour disputes, including using a mediation service.  The Citizen Advice suggests that:

If there have been a number of complaints about anti social behaviour, you might be able to get the problem looked at again - this is called a ‘community trigger’. Check your local council’s website for how it works in your area.

If you’re still not happy with a housing association or the council, complain using their complaints process - you’ll find it on their website.

If you still think they haven’t acted as they should, you can go to an ombudsman. They’ll look at your complaint and decide if the council or housing association should put things right.

To complain about a housing association, go to the Housing Ombudsman

To complain about the council, go to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsm

Hi @sam12 I am sorry to hear this. You definitely need to report this, there's some information on taking action on harassment from the Citizen Website.  How are you doing today?

Hi @sam12 that's good to hear. I hope they take some action on this. Sorry to hear about your card, let your mobile network provider and the other services know you're waiting for your card to be unblocked. Please keep us updated when you get through to them and hopefully they will get it sorted out soon.
