Not sleeping well

Hi all Im new [n this site. Haven't been to sleep again tonight, too much pain from a 3+ year old spinal cord injury and the morphine isnt ×[raking tonight! Then I will sleep most of tomorrow and before I know it another week will have gone by and ill only have gotten out of bed once a day to feed the kitties and birds until its time to get up for work on Friday! Then because that leaves me so exhausted ill stay in bed till work on Monday ... And off I go again! Its not living really is it?
