hi all 
is it me or does everyone else feel guilty for doing less, so u do more and end up in more pain

    With me, it's my pain which determines how much or how little I can do. I don't feel 'guilty' as such, but I do feel frustrated or useless/helpless when I cannot do something or the 'easiest' of tasks.
