Disabled parent with children

Hi I'm a 64 year old man with 4 children I'm there only carer as my partner left us 3 year ago i can't drive and because of my illness we feel let down by everyone and even though I remain smiling it is just a mask for my kids sake

I don't want to rant in front of the kids anymore as it upsets them to much but thanks for listening
I was advised by them that they would have my wet room which was adequate for my needs when I first became ill but is inadequate now I suffer from double incontinence they sent me a higher toilet seat to use a frame to lift my riser recliner chair up but they couldn't get me one because they say they are not allowed to fit them on reclling chairs. I ask them why would I need a toilet seat as I don't use the toilet in fact they wasted my time and there's by coming at all because of my disabilities my children are being targeted by the local children and bullied at school but they have done nothing and the police say they don't have the resources to help us I'm at the end of my tether
I am sorry to hear about your children being bullied, have you informed their class teacher or head teacher? How are they doing?
I'm Emma from the Navigate Team. I'm so sorry to hear about what you and your family are going through at the moment. It sounds as if you've done the right thing in approaching the school, but, if you don't feel they have listened to the next step may be to ask for a copy of the complaints procedure and then follow this by making a complaint in writing. Writing a letter to the school is a more formal way of letting them know about your concerns and finding ways in which they may be able to support. Once you've given in the letter the Head must respond in writing, and if you're not happy with the outcome you can take you're concerns to the board of governors and see if they can resolve things. There are also a few charities out there that can offer more specific support on bullying, again, I've put a few links below.

I hope this helps.
