Hi all, sorry if this has been answered else where on this forum before but I have been told conflicting answers regarding this.
If you have made a new claim to PIP and fail to be awarded any points when you receive your decision letter, when appealing for a Mandatory Reconsideration, if successful, when is the payment backdated from?
Is it backdated from the date of the initial phone call to start your new claim or is it backdated to the original decision letter date?
Also, if MR is unsuccessful and you submit your claim to an appeal which is successful, how far back is it backdated?
