Hope the new meds are working better for you
One suggestion - have you looked at the influences, people and things you spend your time and energy on?
I have dealt with realising I was choosing to associate with people that were not helping me and this added to my pain. Sometimes we dont realise the effects happening to us until we sit and listen to ourselves.
