Hi, do any parents have experience of Botox for their kids? My daughter was supposed to be having hers but her hips are deteriorating so she will probably need surgery on her hips too. I’ve documented in our blog so please have a read https://allforzariah.com/2019/07/01/botox-for-babies/ but also, please let me know what your experiences were like, and if they worked for your kids x

Hi @esthermb1996
I have not had botox treatment for my CP but I have had hip realignment surgery. This was done when I was 12 years old at the RJAH Orthopaedic hospital. The surgery helped to make my hips more stable for me to stand. Here is some information about botox treatment

Hi @esthermb1996, I had botox in my legs as a child and they really helped me. I had to keep having it done as the affects last about 6 months for me but I know this differs from person to person. When I had it done I always had a course of intense physio which got the best results
