Morning all.
i had someone from my housing association help me to complete a mandatory reconsideration form. After reading it through after he left, I don’t think there is enough detail in it so I want to add to it. I’ve just phoned DWP to request another form to be sent to me but I was told that that a form is not required to be completed and to just send a letter stating the descriptors that you want to challenge. Is this now correct. I’m puzzled as he came with a form. TIA

HI,You don't need a form to request the MR, just write a letter stating where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. With those real life examples added to it.Do be aware that you have 1 month from the date of the decision.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
